1. What these terms cover

These terms apply to browsing the site and using its contact form.

The Narai application and the service around it are governed by a separate contract between us and each organization that adopts it. These terms do not set the terms of that contract.

2. The site's content

The site describes Narai. We may change what it says without notice.

Charts and figures marked “illustrative” use fictional data for explanation; they do not show real results. Screenshots come from a demo of a fictional company, Hinode Group.

We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or fit for any particular purpose.

3. What not to do

When using the site, please do not:

• break the law or act against public order and morals
• put excessive load on the site or its servers, or disrupt it
• attempt unauthorized access or try to get around access restrictions
• impersonate anyone, or send false, promotional or spam messages through the contact form
• infringe our rights or interests or anyone else's

4. Intellectual property

The text, images, design, logos and other content on the site belong to us or to their rightful owners.

Beyond what copyright law allows, such as private copies and quotation, you may not copy, republish, modify or distribute them without permission.

5. Links to other sites

The site may link to other websites. Those sites are run by their own operators, and we are not responsible for their content or how they handle information. Please check their terms and policies too.

6. The contact form

We handle what you send in line with our privacy policy.

Sending an inquiry does not create a contract with us, and we cannot promise to reply to every message.

7. Liability

We are not liable for loss arising from use of the site, except where it is caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Japan's Consumer Contract Act or other law.

8. Changes to the site and interruptions

We may change, suspend or close all or part of the site without notice for maintenance, outages or other unavoidable reasons.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If a dispute about the site cannot be resolved by talking with us, the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance. This does not limit any right that consumer or other mandatory law gives you to bring a claim in another court. We will review this section once our Japanese company is formed.

10. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms when needed. The new terms apply from when they are posted here with a new version number and effective date. We will point out material changes clearly on the site.
